Even if change is the only constant in our lives, we sometimes face the task of initiating and implementing change. In an agile company there may be no need for external consultants, if staff constantly learn and change, building on what they perceive as worth improving. In a traditional company, change is planned and decided upon by the leadership – followed by the task of implementation. This also counts when transitioning towards agility.
In this seminar we will engage with two aspects of change: 1) How do I initiate change and establish a broad support base? and: 2) Which processes are vital in order to have the staff on board and successfully implement change?
