This allows organizations to
increase their adaptability to dynamic contexts,
align leadership and collaboration with shared goals,
establish self-organized and collegial forms of leadership and teamwork.
Collegial leadership thus becomes an important developmental step: it shares responsibility, strengthens individual initiative, and creates spaces for shared learning.
Regeneration as a Process
There is no single moment in which an organization is regenerative. Rather, organizations exist in a continuous process of becoming regenerative.
