Organisation
We live in a time of rapid changes and high complexity. We need organisations that unfold their human, self-organised and regenerative potentials. This creates both healthy as well as productive and innovative enterprises that contribute to a sustainable future.
“To lead profound change is to shift the inner place from which a system operates. This can only be done collaboratively.”
How can we act in a complex environment without burning out? We can increase the inner complexity to be able to deal with the outer more adequately. In this way, we can become learning, agile organisations. This supports:
Ongoing optimising and fine-tuning from within,
Increasing the organisational ability to adapt to a dynamic context.
An optimal alignment of leadership and collaboration,
Discovering creative solutions and innovations,
Establishing self-organised forms of organisation, like Collegial Leadership,
Remaining healthy and resilient as person, team and organisation,
Being focused on collective purpose.
Embodied Mind organisational development promotes learning and agility in organisations. In conversations with the top leadership, we support your clarity about the desired goals. To achieve those, a collective reflection process within the organisation is necessary.
We further accompany organisations in their becoming more sustainable and regenerative. We define regenerative organisations as follows:
Regenerative organisations are contributing consciously towards more aliveness in the world, by dedicating all their activities towards a regenerative purpose.
They furthermore enhance aliveness and health within the people that work in the organsation, while creating deep and strong relationships.
They research and live an organisational design like a living organism amongst a larger ecosystem (as networks of other organisations and the context) and enable cooperations.
Please note: there is not a single moment, where an organisation is regenerative. Organisations are in a process of becoming more regenerative. Regenerative is not to be understood as a state but a process.
Development and change processes can, amongst other things, involve the following organisational elements and themes:
Purpose, vision, mission & strategy: who are we and what do we contribute to the world?
Structure & internal processes: how do we need to organise in order to reach our goals?
Agile organisational development/ Collegial Leadership: what are we ready for? What are our next steps?
Leadership: what kind of leadership will enable what we set out to do?
Relationships, communication & organisational culture: which values and competencies do we consciously want to develop?
Health and resilience for individuals, teams and organisation: Health as a process
We support directors, change teams and staff through individual conversations and group processes, which can be supported by trainings and (team-) coaching. We can also accompany you in implementing the planned changes and support teams and individuals in their new roles and tasks. In the case of larger consultancies, we involve colleagues from our broad network.
Virtual Workshops and Coaching-Formats are possible.
