regenerative organisation
“Regeneration begins, where we reconnect with live - with nature, with others and with ourselves.”
Regenerative organizational development is a path toward more vibrant, purpose-driven organizations that not only adapt to change, but act powerfully and sustainably from within.
Regenerative organizations are guided by the principles of living systems. They see themselves as part of a greater ecosystem, cultivate conscious relationships, and align economic activity with deeper meaning. This perspective may be of interest to you if you:
want your organization to contribute to societal transformation,
seek to cultivate not just resilience in crisis, but long-term creative power rooted in inner clarity and integrity,
aim to realign purpose, values, and products in your organization,
wish to strengthen humanity, relationships, and collaboration as sources of innovation, energy, and connection,
are looking to anchor purpose, self-care, and responsibility in a coherent whole,
view your organization as a living organism in dynamic exchange with customers, partners, and the environment.
This workshop is designed for decision-makers and engaged changemakers who are considering regenerative development as a future path for their organization. It is not a classic training program, but rather a space for experience, reflection, and connection.
Workshop contents:
You will explore: What defines regenerative organizations? What is the underlying narrative? What attitude and mindset are essential?
You will reflect on whether a regenerative orientation is a meaningful path for your organization – and what first steps might look like.
You will engage with key fields of regenerative practice:
Regenerative purpose (e.g. purpose as a source of decision-making, handling money and growth),
Living relationships (e.g. embracing wholeness, communication, working with tensions),
The organization as part of an ecosystem (e.g. purposeful design, product responsibility, external transparency and connection).
You will connect impulses and practical examples with the lived reality of your own organization.
Format: A 2–3 day in-person retreat. Deep reflection, lively exchange, connection with nature, and a diversity of methods enable insights on multiple levels.
Target group: Decision-makers, such as owners, executive leadership, board members, and interested staff, who want to shape their organization to be future-fit, meaningful, and alive.
