In this seminar, you gain knowledge from neurobiology and psychology through a comprehensible model (Tree Model from Ludwig Groß). In exercises, you will experience this knowledge and unleash various options for choices. This will enable your access to yet unknown potentials in the interplay between body and mind. You learn to handle stress situations and challenges in a better way, as well as sound decision-making.
