Ludwig Groß

Mr. Groß worked as manager of a middle sized quarry company for 10 years, before he shifted his career to become a systemic therapist and consultant. His strength lies in taking people and teams from where they are. He works in a flexible and process-oriented manner to respond to various situations. He can grasp and understand a huge variety of contexts. His deep foundation in therapy enhances his consulting work.

He finalised Masters Degrees as engineer of production technique (FH Rosenheim) as well as Psychology (University of Salzburg). Since 2014 he works as psychologist in the Psycho-somatic Department of the Simssee Clinic Bad Endorf, Germany.

While his private practice of therapy, coaching and supervision ist growing, he also holds seminars and trainings towards healthy/healing individuals, teams and organisations.
